Return Policy
We aspire to achieve your 100% satisfaction and accept returns on all products purchased from Atlantic Animal Health LLC within 30 days of the order date. Please read the following instructions carefully so that we can make your product return process as smooth as possible. - You should email us at clientrelations@AtlanticDVM.com and request a return code.
- Please include your name, order number, address, return code and contact information with the returned item. This information must be the same as on the original order.
- In order to ensure that you receive a full refund, all returned items should be unopened and in new condition.
- The refund will be issued to your credit card once we receive and process the returned item.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- The original shipping and handling costs will only be refunded if the return is made due to an error on our part.
- We will only provide refunds for items purchased at OrmondVets.com.
- We would appreciate your comments on why the return is being made so that we can continue to offer only the best for your companion animals.

Atlantic Animal Health accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards.
All products are listed and valued in US Dollars.
Atlantic Animal Health LLC is required to collect a 6.5% sales tax for items shipped to addresses in Florida.
You can determine the actual status of your package by clicking on "Order Status" and entering your order number and zip code.

Shipping and handling
We only ship to locations within the continental United States. We offer 2-7 business day United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail shipping. Most orders ship within 72 hours. We will only ship complete orders and will email the details of the shipment(s), along with tracking or delivery confirmation number(s) to you.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $39.
You can determine the actual status of your package by clicking on "Order Status" and entering your order number and zip code. A tracking/delivery confirmation number will also be emailed to you at the time of shipment.

Atlantic Animal Health LLC is the operating company of Atlantic Animal Hospital in Ormond by the Sea, Florida. We also offer many of our veterinary products on this online pet health and nutrition store. We emphatically support the veterinarian - client/patient relationship and therefore do not offer many of the products without this relationship. We view our pets as companions rather than property. It is with this belief that we aspire to offer only the best for your companion animals.
We support a strong veterinarian - patient/client relationship and recommend physical exams every six months or as directed.
